This page explains what information I collect when you visit prairiepeaksolutions.co or get in touch, and what I do with it. Prairie Peak Solutions is based in Brighton, Colorado.

What I collect

What you give me. If you fill out the form on the Let's Talk page or email me, I receive your name, your email address, your phone number and business name (both optional), and whatever you choose to tell me about your business.

What the site collects automatically. Like most websites, this one records basic visit information, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and similar tools from Squarespace, which hosts the site. It helps me see how the site is used and keeps it secure.

How I use it

I use your information to reply to you, talk through whether I can help, and do the work if we decide to work together. I also use basic visit data to keep the site running and to improve it. I do not sell your information, and I will not add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Who else can see it

Squarespace hosts this site and processes form submissions and visit data. My email runs through Google Workspace. If I add tools later, such as scheduling or payments, they will handle the information you give them under their own privacy policies. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses cookies. The cookie banner lets you accept or decline the non-essential ones, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work as well if you block them all.

How long I keep it

I keep messages and business records for as long as I need them to work with you and to meet legal and tax obligations. If you would like me to delete something sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also ask me to stop contacting you at any time. Email me at dan@prairiepeaksolutions.co and I will respond as quickly as I can. If you live in Colorado or another state with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and I will honor them.

Children

This site is meant for business owners, not children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive details like passwords or financial account numbers through the form.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
