Your business probably doesn't need another off-the-shelf solution.

Every business works a little differently. I start with what's causing the problem, then figure out what actually needs to change. That might mean a better process, getting more from the software you already have, or bringing in something new.

WHAT I DO

Fix what slows the business down.

Find the Friction

Uncover where time and effort are getting wasted.

Fix the Workflow

Build a better way to get the work done.

Keep It Working

Stay on top of it as your business changes.

01 - Find the Friction

Learn where the time is going.

Most owners can tell you something takes too long. Fewer can tell you why. I look at how the work actually gets done, find what's worth fixing, and tell you plainly what to do about it.

You leave with a clear idea of what's costing you time and which fixes are worth the money.

This might be a fit if...

  • You're entering the same information in multiple places.

  • Important tasks depend on someone remembering to do them.

  • Customers or leads sometimes fall through the cracks.

  • You've added people or software but the workload hasn't gotten easier.

  • You know something isn't working, but you're not sure what needs to change.

02 - Fix the Workflow

Choose the fix that fits how you work.

Once we know what's getting in the way, I help you pick the fix that makes sense. Sometimes that's new software. Often it's getting more out of what you already pay for.

Either way, I set it up, test it with the people who use it, and adjust it until it works.

This might be a fit if...

  • You know what's wrong and want someone to fix it

  • You're paying for software your team barely uses

  • You're weighing new tools and can't tell what's worth the money

  • You've tried to fix this before and it didn't stick

  • You want it set up once and set up right

03 - Keep It Working

Make it last as the business changes.

Workflows drift. New hires join, tools change, and shortcuts pile up.

I keep an eye on how things are running, catch small problems before they get expensive, and help your team get comfortable with the tools they use.

This might be a fit if...

  • Things worked well at first, then slowly slipped

  • Your team works around the system instead of using it

  • New hires take too long to get up to speed

  • You'd like one person to call when something breaks

  • You don't have time to keep tuning it yourself
